Radley Green is partnering exclusively with an international consulting firm to recruit their new Finance Manager.

The role will report into the Finance Director of this £20m, global business and will take ownership of the group management accounts, rollout of new expenses systems, monthly close and has the opportunity to become financial controller in the near future.

This role will pay £65-£70k plus bonus, profit share, pension and healthcare, 25 days holiday and hybrid working (3 days int the central London office)

Candidates must be able to start a new role relatively quickly and our client has asked for candidates on 1 month notice maximum.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of monthly entity management accounts plus group management accounts and full P&L analysis
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate and complete, aligning with budget insights.
  • Own the balance sheet reconciliations, VAT reporting, revenue tracking, timesheet reporting
  • Maintain revenue tracking, financial reporting, and audit compliance
  • Manage subsidiary accountant liaison and financial control frameworks.
  • Manage and reconcile monthly Payroll for all staff globally - working with external payroll companies to provide accurate information.
  • Lead the rollout of a new spend management software.
  • Supervise and support junior finance team members.

Experience required:

  • Qualified accountant with experience working in an international group
  • Strong technical expertise in P&L analysis and management pack reconciliation.
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage and develop junior team members.
  • Expertise in financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
