Finance Manager- London (Hybrid)- Up to £45,000- Permanent- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Studier/ QBE

IN2 Consult is partnering with a growing retail SME in the fashion space on the recruitment of an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing accounting team. 

The role holds the responsibility for the production of month-end management accounts as well as overseeing the transactional finance operations of the business.

The key responsibilities of this Finance Manager role include:

• Production of month-end management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Driving the key month-end accounting process improvements
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes of the business including the line management of a transactional finance specialist
• Submit VAT Returns
• Be the key stakeholder in partnering with the wider business on key accounting matters
• Ad-Hoc duties

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role should have the following experience:

• Proven track record of producing month-end management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Experience in driving process improvement
• A background in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable 
• Exposure to working within the accounting team of an SME Business
• Strong excel skills
• Strong communication skills
