Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Collaborate with other departments to compile financial reports and forecasts, and provide analytical support for budgeting and performance against financial plans.
  • Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
  • Present financial reports to senior managers, stakeholders, and board members.

Key Skills

  • Exceptional knowledge and competence with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory reporting.
  • Advanced skills in financial planning & analysis, demonstrating a proven track record of transforming financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational abilities coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a depth of understanding of its financial drivers and dynamics.
