- Monitoring cash flow and helping shape short-term cash forecasting
- Supporting budgeting cycles and contributing to key reviews like fixed costs
- Documenting and improving processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk
- Acting as a go-to finance partner for colleagues across the business
- 2+ years in a similar finance role
- Part-qualified, finalist, or QBE with a strong grasp of month-end routines
- Advanced Excel skills and a head for problem-solving
- A collaborative, can-do mindset and commercial awareness
- Confidence engaging with non-finance teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with Xero and Salesforce is a bonus, not a must
