The role is extremely challenging and varied, reporting to the Finance Controller, and taking charge of the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.

Partnering with operational and support departments.
Ensuring a strong control environment within the Group
Leading, coaching and training an existing, talented finance team (C.5 people)
Work closely with the Director of Finance & Business Support and the Executive team to drive the success of the business.
Overseeing the Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and Income Audit functions together with PAYE agreements
Overseeing the cash flow process.
Reviewing and completing monthly P&L reports, Balance Sheet reviews, and reporting to key stakeholders.
Reviewing and approving banking transactions within approved authorization limits.
Assisting in internal and external audit preparation in conjunction with the Financial Controller

Experience:

You will be an experienced accountant, qualified or qualified by experience
Hospitality experience is advantageous
Strong communication skills
