Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing accurate financial data to stakeholders, managing accounts payable/receivable and department budgets. You will also be tasked with preparing regular reports on accounting activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through the development and implementation of robust financial policies. This role requires a dependable individual who can navigate changing business conditions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial data to key stakeholders.
- Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget.
- Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
- Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
- Ensure correct taxation is applied on all billing software.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
