Role: Finance Manager Part-time 2 Days
Contract: Maternity Cover (12 - 14 months) - December 2024 start

Our Client is a leading independent Creative Agency that produces ground-breaking work. They are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to cover a 12-14 month maternity contract.
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day finance responsibilities of the company and management accounts:
Finance Manager key responsibilities will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger + Credit Control
- Bank + Cashflow Reporting
- Project Job Tracking (Assisting AMs)
- Jobs open new jobs in Paprika, update job changes in Paprika and Excel
- Check and process timesheets on Paprika
- IT - be the intermediary between team and external IT and Dropbox suppliers
- Monitor IT and spending budgets
- Prepare monthly management reports in Excel
- Produce monthly revenue/profit report in Excel
- Draft year end accounts
- Produce nominal reports
- Partner year end expenses and journals
- Provide nominal reports for annual insurance reviews
- Support with budget
- Payroll Journals
- Set up new staff records in Paprika
- Commercial insight to support MD - client contracts, revenue forecasting
Finance Manager Key attributes required:
- Previous experience working within a creative/media/PR business
- Strong Paprika skills essential
- Either qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ QBE
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Confident dealing with people at all levels
- Able to commit to a 12-14 month contract
- Confident being sole finance function
- Good Commercial Awareness
