- Managing month-end reconciliations and producing consolidated reports for our group entities
- Overseeing accounts payable and expense reconciliations
- Ensuring HMRC compliance with VAT, PAYE, and tax submissions
- Collaborating across departments to support strategic and operational goals
- Working alongside the Directors and assisting the smooth running of the business
- Previous finance experience, ideally in recruitment or sales settings
- Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software, with a solid grasp of P&L and Balance Sheets
- Full AAT qualification or equivalent, with top-notch Excel skills
- Excellent communication and a detail-oriented approach
