- Partner with European teams to drive business growth
- Control costs in European entities
- Lead European budget preparation
- Improve financial operations through automation
- Review management accounts, report variances, and take corrective action
- Manage daily/monthly cashflow and forecasting
- Oversee AP/AR processes
- Manage European audits and liaise with auditors
- Enhance local financial processes to boost productivity
- Handle financial matters with banks and suppliers
- Ensure business compliance in collaboration with internal teams
- Work with Global Support Centre to improve AP/AR and GL processes
- Lead and mentor finance team members
- Resolve customer finance queries and conflicts
- Credit check and assess new deals for viability
- Attend customer review meetings for financial discussions
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Advanced Excel skills required (VBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a small finance department or working as a Finance Manager in a medium to large organization
- Experience in an international business working with global teams
