Your new companyInternational insurance business looking to hire a Finance Operations Manager due to their continued growth. Reporting into the Head of Finance Operations. Based in London City with hybrid working policy. Your new roleThe role will be based in the Finance Operations team which handle the day-to-day accounting for all UK-managed businesses. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering month-end accounting
- Financial planning & analysis
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Business partnering
- Ensuring complete balance sheet recs
- Acting as a Senior Business Partner across all functions
- Managing and developing Power BI
- Monthly reporting as required
What you'll need to succeedThe role will suit someone who has qualified in practice (ACA) with post-qualified experience in industry with exposure to the above tasks. Preferable systems experience includes Power Bi, although not essential. Experience working in insurance/financial services is advantageous. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be working part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - 85,000 (doe) + benefits + bonus.
