Finance Programme Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Programme Manager to lead and deliver key finance projects within their organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation, process improvement, and system implementation. An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage finance-related programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement finance systems, process improvements, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Identify risks, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive efficiency and automation within financial operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager in finance, accounting, or transformation projects.
- A recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing finance system implementations or process automation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage finance and non-finance teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
