We are seeking a Finance Project Lead for a 12-month contract with a large NGO experiencing growth and operational changes.
The role involves reviewing donor agreements, identifying risks, and analyzing project financial performances.
Candidates should possess a full accounting qualification and significant knowledge of donor reporting and grant management, preferably from an NGO background.
The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
The salary for this role is £74,208 plus benefits, and candidates should have significant experience in a similar role.

We are supporting a large NGO, who are going through a phase of growth and operational change and now require additional support from a Finance Project Lead for a period of 12 months.

Description

As the Finance Project Lead you will have responsibility for:

Review donor agreements from a financial and budgetary view point
Identify risks and propose mitigation of these and provide appropriate solutions
Analyse and report on project financial performances
Provide an effective business partnering service and support project teams.

Profile

The Finance Project Lead will hold a full accounting qualification and have significant knowledge of donor reporting and grant management ideally from an NGO or not for profit background. Along with strong technical skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders effectively. Due to the nature of the project, you will be required to be on site full time for the initial start of the position.
