Description
- Manage and optimise the financial systems and processes.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate with IT department to resolve system issues.
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems.
- Train team members on new systems and processes.
- Work closely with Accounting & Finance department to align financial systems with business objectives.
- Lead system upgrade projects when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both the IT and Accounting & Finance departments.
- Experience with Finance systems, particularly Navision
