Our Financial Risk and Compliance (FRaC) team is transforming operations in the insurance sector. We employ deep domain expertise, customer intelligence, dynamic analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation to deliver a richer, more integrated, and personalized user experience. We are a specialist in operations management, digital, and analytics services, serving the digital needs of the most complex insurance accounts. Role Overview:
As Client Director, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders (Heads of Transformation, Heads of Change, CTO, CIO, CFO, Head of Finance, Operations Directors) within your assigned portfolio of large, existing BPO insurance group accounts. You will integrate and align with the Heads of Transformation and Client Director strategy, supporting outsourcing and transformation solutions, and orchestrating an external partnership network to deliver best-in-class solutions. You will develop detailed account plans to expand existing services, identify growth opportunities through increased penetration of existing and new product offerings, competitive displacement, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders (Heads of Transformation, Heads of Change, CTO, CIO, CFO, Head of Finance, Operations Directors).
- Manage and expand existing BPO insurance group accounts.
- Align with the overall client strategy, supporting across outsourcing and transformation solutions.
- Orchestrate external partnerships to provide optimal solutions.
- Develop comprehensive account plans to expand service offerings.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in account management within BPO/BPM services for Tier 1 enterprise accounts, ideally working on large scale finance outsourcing and finance transformation programmes.
- Proven track record of senior-level account management and relationship development with key decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, digital transformation strategies, and emerging trends in operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale outsourcing and transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of process re-engineering, analytics, and digital operations, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced presentation skills and executive presence.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
