We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager on a permanent basis. In this role, you will report to the Assistant Director of Financial Services and manage a team of four. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate financial accounting, supporting the transactions team, and contributing to various project working groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile the trial balance for the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy in value for money calculations.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and reconciliations for banks, rents, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Provide accounts receivable reporting to support credit control processes.
- Ensure purchase orders are raised in compliance with policy.
- Lead training sessions on rent accounting and the budgeting process for annual rent increases.
- Ensure the accuracy of rental transactions and accounts.
- Support year-end and internal audit processes, producing data flows and trails.
- Manage the transactions team covering accounts payable, banking, and rent accounting tasks.
This Financial Reporting Manager will benefit from flexible working with the expectation of 1-2 days per week working from their central London office. Please note previous experience in rent accounting is desirable and not essential.
