I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for their Financial Analytics Manager. You will be a key contributor in the way all finance services best support their residents; through financial performance and data insights across the organisation.

Location: London

On-site Requirements: 2 days a week

Salary: 58,000-64,000



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of finance-focused data products that enhance user experience
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful, data-driven reports by gathering requirements
  • Promote data literacy across the Finance function, supporting company-wide data initiatives and mentoring when required
  • Partner with wider Data teams to drive new process improvements and analytics capabilities
  • Analyse financial performance data to identify risks and suggest actionable insights and solutions- variance and trend analysis.
  • Develop clear, accurate financial reports and analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Oversee and maintain large data sets using Excel and in-house systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor a team member, fostering a learning-focused and growth-oriented environment.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Finance or Data Analytics and recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA etc)
  • Proven analytical skills, with a track record of managing complex data projects and enhancing financial planning.
  • Strong experience in data analytics tools and Excel, with Power BI expertise; D365 knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Management/Mentoring experience
  • Understanding of how to work in a regulated environment
