This fast-paced, acquisitive organisation is looking for a Financial Controls Manager to join the London team due to growth and expansion. This role will be part of a high-performing finance team and the chance to learn and develop under excellent senior leaders.
Your new roleThis is a broad and varied role focused on implementing and maintaining a strong internal control environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing controls framework with newly acquired businesses.
- Extensive stakeholder management and business partnering
- Ongoing management of existing controls
- Liaising with the internal audit team to implement recommendations from their reports.
- Act as the point of contact with external auditors for controls related queries.
What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant with an audit background. You will need strong internal controls experience and business partnering capabilities with experience of US GAAP and SOX experience desirable. Any insurance sector experience would also be beneficial.
