Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Financial Controls Manager for an insurance business going through a period of significant growth, through acquisition and organic means.This Financial Controls Manager is a high visibility role across the group and individual entities, working closely with an outstanding leadership team to deliver and own a best in class financial controls framework in a continually evolving environment.This role will allow you take full ownership of the controls space in a first line capacity, identifying areas of improvement and working closely with the finance teams to implement improvements and ensure continued testing is in place to reduce risk and exposure across the board.Financial Controls Manager

  • Lead on the development and optimisation of financial controls framework
  • Ensure the implementation and delivery of effective controls across the reporting function
  • Identify weaknesses and design new controls to reduce risk
  • Lead on development of controls testing plans and implementation
