Our client, a leading insurance and reinsurance company, is seeking a highly qualified Financial Crime Risk Manager to join their team.Your new roleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial crime policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, monitoring transactions, leading investigations, and providing training and guidance to staff. You will also stay updated on the latest regulatory developments and prepare reports for senior management. The role will cover all aspects of compliance relating to financial crime including AML / KYC and Sanctions.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field, a professional certificate in financial crime prevention, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial crime risk management within insurance. You should also have strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
