The business is enjoying ongoing growth and expansion through continuous technology, products, services and market development. A newly created opportunity currently exists for a qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA to undertake a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

  • Delivering financial leadership & working with the senior management team to develop 5-year business plans
  • Driving financial planning, analysis & commentary on monthly & annual performance & key business performance indicators
  • Leading the analysis on M&A activity
  • Preparation & presentation of sales, revenue plans & forecasting to key stakeholders globally
  • Taking the financial lead on strategic initiatives to achieve key business goals
  • Delivering key financials & competitor analysis for mergers & acquisitions projects

Skills & Attributes of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

  • ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified Accountant
  • Experience within a Top 10 firm or blue-chip Plc environment is highly advantageous
  • Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Evidence of supporting strategic initiatives and/or mergers and acquisitions projects
  • Exceptional commercial acumen
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Evidence of business partnering with key stakeholders
