Reed is partnering with an established Travel Agency in seeking an experienced and qualified accountant to join our FP&A team as an FP&A Manager. This pivotal role involves full ownership of preparing multi-market 3-way models, collaborating with heads of regions and divisions, and driving the future development of the department. If you are a positive, proactive, and ambitious team player, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day to day of the role:
  • Take full ownership of preparing multi-market 3-way models, including budget and forecast Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cashflows.
  • Collaborate with heads of both regions and divisions during the budget and forecast process.
  • Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate changes in assumptions and market conditions.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against the budget and forecasts.
  • Partner with non-integrated markets to improve reporting and data visibility.
  • Provide detailed reporting on financial performance, including income stream segmentation and margin reporting.
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis role.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Anaplan, and Floqast is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt presentation skills to both finance and non-finance audiences.
