Reed is partnering with an established Travel Agency in seeking an experienced and qualified accountant to join our FP&A team as an FP&A Manager. This pivotal role involves full ownership of preparing multi-market 3-way models, collaborating with heads of regions and divisions, and driving the future development of the department. Day to day of the role:- Take full ownership of preparing multi-market 3-way models, including budget and forecast Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cashflows.
- Collaborate with heads of both regions and divisions during the budget and forecast process.
- Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate changes in assumptions and market conditions.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against the budget and forecasts.
- Partner with non-integrated markets to improve reporting and data visibility.
- Provide detailed reporting on financial performance, including income stream segmentation and margin reporting.
- Identify and implement areas of improvement proactively.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis role.
- Proficiency in financial modelling.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite, Anaplan, and Floqast is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt presentation skills to both finance and non-finance audiences.
