Our client are a well established Investments Firm who are Headquartered in London with offices worldwide. Their Reporting team is a newly created team who work on a range of projects.
Description
As Financial Reporting Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Prepare and deliver consolidated Group reports and subsidiary financial statements under various accounting standards, ensuring compliance and quality and for multiple entities using diverse accounting frameworks such as IFRS, US GAAP, and FRS 102.
- Manage deadlines for financial publications and support technical accounting documentation for audits.
- Implement non-financial reporting obligations and enhance corporate reporting structures and governance.
- Collaborate with the Reporting Lead to oversee the preparation of subsidiary financial statements audited by external companies, ensuring adherence to various accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, and regional GAAPs like Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Address audit queries, improve processes, and integrate financials from acquisitions.
- Help implement and report on non-financial disclosure requirements such as SCER and CSRD.
- Take an active role in strengthening the control framework across the financial control team.
- Strengthen control frameworks and drive improvements across finance teams.
