A rapidly growing, industry leading SaaS business is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to manage their accounting team and to be responsible for all day-to day accounting tasks and activities.

Your new role

  • Coordinate and manage monthly reporting processes across multiple companies.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheet analyses, net debt, and working capital forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales, gross margin, EBITDA, and balance sheets.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate consolidation of financial data.
  • Support audit processes and respond to tax requests.
  • Drive improvements in management reporting capabilities and assist with month-end close.
  • Coordinate the budget and forecast calendar, including simulations and modifications.
  • Define and document key consolidation assumptions.
  • Lead projects to enhance and finalise reporting systems for consolidation and budget simulations.
  • Coordinate with accounting teams and manage team operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified accountant with at least 2 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS consolidation, multi-currency management, and transfer pricing.
  • Experience in inventory consolidation.
  • Proficiency in consolidating data from multiple ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and project management experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to meeting strict deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
