- Financial Leadership: Oversee monthly reporting, prepare comprehensive financial statements, and conduct in-depth analyses.
- Strategic Insights: Provide valuable insights into sales, margin, and profitability trends.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, manage intercompany reconciliations, and support audits and tax enquiries.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
- System Optimisation: Lead projects to improve reporting systems and enhance consolidation and budgeting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS consolidation, multi-currency management, and transfer pricing
- Experience with inventory consolidation and consolidating data from multiple ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and project management experience
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
