A high performing global boutique Consultancy is looking for a Financial Services Manager Consultant to join its London office. You will support a range of high-profile engagements with some of the most prestigious Banks & Insurers in the city. * Based in Central London Offices - Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office * Working with global, well-known Banks and Insurers for a successful consultancy * Excellent training and development opportunities

Your Role

Reporting to the consultancy Directors, working in a team of highly intelligent and experienced consultants, you will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of technical, regulatory and risk projects for some of the most prestigious banks and insurers in London. In this client facing role, you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, to:

  • Lead senior consulting engagements and ensure project success
  • Solve complex industry-specific challenges
  • Mentor team members and provide career guidance
  • Identify growth opportunities with clients
  • Support project delivery and conduct data analysis
  • Design management reports and dashboards
  • Analyze programming languages and enhance technical skills

Your ProfileTo be successful in this role you will be degree qualified, sharp, curious and analytically minded. You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Business or Data Analyst within Banking or Insurance either in-house or through a management consultancy
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with tools such as SQL, SAS, Python and Business Intelligence applications
  • A professional qualification in finance and risk management, such as CFA and/or FRM.
  • Relevant risk experience (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk)
  • Strong problem solving skills and an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a team
  • An inquisitive mind and keen and eager to learn and improve your skillset and experience
  • Confident working in dynamic, high pressured environments
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
