First FP&A Hire -  High Growth - PE backed - SaaS

Central London, Office based

£80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus

Talentedge are partnering with an innovative, exciting, SaaS scaleup who are operating as "Best in Class" within their industry. Having placed the Financial Controller into the team, we are now supporting with the hiring of a first FP&A hire for the business. 

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a world renowned company, and accelerate their growth in a really exciting time in their development. This role would suit anyone who has the drive to work for an ambitious, growing organisation with a stellar international reputation in a role where they can add significant value. 

Responsibilities:

• Annual Budgeting and forecasting for group.
• Drive the development of internal FP&A structure. 
• Partner the CFO with future fundraising.
• Supporting acquisitions and integration.
• Lead continuous improvements and automation of systems, controls, processes and policies 

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), 4 years + PQE.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, ideally with experience with both a large corp. and scaling business.
• Strong excel skills.
• Experience working in a PE backed business beneficial but not required.
