12 month FTC - £120-140K + bonus - Real Estate Investment

We have partnered with a leading global Real Estate Investment Manager to bring on a seasoned FP&A leader to join the business on a fixed term basis. This business is a well-known and trusted name in the industry, with a diversified and active approach - seeing them as a consistent and reputable investment manager.

This is a true value-add role, working with a new subsidiary of the business where you will be tasked with leading their FP&A function. Aside from FP&A - the role will also involve significant Corporate Finance responsibilities, therefore - any M&A related work will be extremely beneficial.

Role:

  • Overseeing analysis, reporting and planning to drive profitability surrounding operations and key property types/locations
  • Assisting with equity/debt financing and supporting acquisitions
  • Liaising with internal teams to support project appraisals via modelling & analysis
  • Ad-hoc analysis for investor reporting and key investment decisions

Your background:

  • Strong understanding of real estate/development and the corporate & tax structures involved
  • Demonstrated background in a similar commercially-focused role, proven technical and commercial acumen with strong financial modelling skills
  • Background in corporate finance, strong understanding of M&A principles
  • In depth knowledge of drivers of profitability, ideally in a property/RE context
