FP&A Analyst (12month FTC)
Salary: £55,000 pro rata
Location: Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join an international B2B business. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in London, offering the chance to work within a portfolio of highly specialised global businesses focused on critical insights across various markets.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for a range of tasks including sales reporting, financial analysis, and supporting on due diligence requests.

What you'll do:
As an FP&A Analyst, your role will be pivotal in providing critical insights to the senior management team through weekly sales reports. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly ARR reports and commission calculations. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you proactively identify risks and opportunities in the P&L. You will also support the Finance Business Partner in managing the annual budget, ensuring all deliverables are of high quality. Additionally, you will assist with due diligence requests and pro-forma financials.
- Production of weekly Sales reporting for review by Senior Management Team
- Preparation of monthly ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting and relevant analysis
- Preparation of monthly Commission calculations
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc analysis, reporting and presentations for Management.
- Pro-actively analyse trends in the P&L to identify key areas of risk and opportunity
- Support the Finance Business Partner in managing the annual Budget ensuring key timelines adhered to and high quality of deliverables
- Support on due diligence requests and pro-forma financials
What you bring:
The ideal FP&A Analyst candidate will bring technical competence in finance systems along with strong analytical thinking abilities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively gather, condense, analyse, and interpret financial data from multiple sources. You should have the ability to exercise independent professional judgement within an overall business context while assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies. A collaborative approach towards stakeholder management with influencing skills is essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Qualified by experience or newly qualified accountant
- Excellent Excel skills with process improvement experience
- Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to gather financial data from multiple sources, condense, analyse and interpret
- Ability to exercise independent professional judgement within an overall business context
- Ability to assess risk and develop mitigation
- Collaborative stakeholder management approach with influencing skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
