FP&A Manager | PE Backed Marketing Agency | London
Harmonic are partnering with a PE Backed Marketing Agency with their search for a Commercial Finance Manager to join and strategically drive the business through this exciting phase of growth.
They're currently turning over around £300mill, and have a strong focus on integrated communication campaigns, aiming to help clients manage their reputation, improve their visibility and media coverage, delivering global campaigns across multiple platforms.
They are market leaders in terms of the investment in personal wellbeing for their employers, reflected by the work that they produce, their culture, and how they look after their team. They have a fantastic office space in central London so for those who choose to spend more time in the office, there is consistently a buzzing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional FP&A function
- Provide insightful analysis on business performance, projections and financial modelling
- Leading on annual budget, monthly forecast & quarterly re-forecast processes for global entities
- Develop the forecasting process
- Evaluate monthly analysis of business trends (inc. budget variance / KPIs
- Preparing board decks & other executive updates
- Implement new forecasting and processing tools
- General driving of operational improvements & data techniques
What We Need to See (Essential Skills):
- Qualified Accountant
- 2+ years' experience in an FP&A Manager role or similar
- Experience with systems such as SAP Analytics or Anaplan or Board
- Engaging and excellent communication skills
- Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving
What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):
- Marketing / Advertising / Media experience
- Private Equity experience
- Qualified in Practice (Big 4 preferred).
Salary: £80-90K + bonus
Start Date: ASAP (can wait for 3-month notice period)
Location: London (3-4 days WFH)
