The FP&A Manager is a pivotal role in the Accounting & Finance department of our client's organisation, responsible for financial planning and analysis. Description

Lead financial planning and analysis activities
Develop strategic financial plans
Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
Work with the Accounting & Finance team to review financial information and forecasts
Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions
Develop and maintain financial reports
Identify and drive process improvements
Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
