Robert Half have partnered with a global higher education business. They are looking for an ACA qualified FP&A manager to join their growing team. You will take full ownership of forecasting, budgeting and modelling as well as business partnering with all senior stakeholders.
Role
- Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units
- Perform in-depth analysis of past financial performance, competitor benchmarking, and market trends, providing clear and actionable commentary for senior management.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to project future growth and performance.
- Perform monthly management accounts reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Profile
- A driven, ambitious individual eager to advance their career within a fast-growing, global organization.
- A proven track record of strong academic achievement.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling expertise.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and a "can-do" attitude.
