Description
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Provide variance analysis and explanations.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Strategic Planning:
- Support senior management with in-depth analysis.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage the company's financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management.
