FP&A Manager required for a Private Equity backed renewable energy company based in London!

£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus and Benefits, dependant on experience

An opportunity has arisen for an FP&A professional to join a private equity backed, renewable energy business who are an innovative company making strides in the renewable sector. This is an exciting time to become part of a company that design, manufactures and operates a unique product.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation whereby you'll be overseeing the full spectrum on financial planning, forecasting and reporting across the P&L and balance sheet. You'll partner closely with teams across the business, from finance to operations to drive financial insight and streamline processes.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Business partnering experience with demonstrative experience of partnering with senior leaders
  • Forecasting and budgeting experience is essential
  • Understanding of project accounting, CAPEX, OPEX and infrastructure project finance

  • Oversee the full P&L and balance sheet forecasts, developing process that ensure accuracy and facilitate informed decision making
  • Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning, coordinating with teams to align forecasts with business objectives
  • Business partner with each department head, guiding them in managing their budgets in line with the growth for the company
  • Track investments against their business cases, monitor CAPEX and OPEX and report on project KPIs
  • Supporting with continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business as well as being involved with system implementations
