FP&A Manager

Ruby Group are looking for an FP&A manager to join a global retail brand that have tremendous heritage, rich quality, and a reputation for excellence across the globe. Reporting to the Finance Director EMEA, you will be responsible for managing EMEA FP&A functions, including leading monthly outlook (IBP) processes, annual budget, and providing insights on monthly performance against key metrics. You will work closely with commercial finance teams in EMEA to establish targets by market/region and gather insights on business performance.

Your key deliverables will be, Direct offshore FP&A/R2R support for data loads and analysis, related to budgets and forecasts. Identify efficiencies and process improvements, working closely with Global FP&A to build consistency in core processes with other regions. Manage the completion of Consolidated Full-Year Budget and monthly (including Half-Year) Forecasts, Oversee the monthly business planning cycle for the region, ensuring systems are aligned and reports are completed and submitted on time within group guidelines. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights/recommendations for monthly financial review and sales reporting, reconciling actuals to budget/forecast and provide business driver commentary.

The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in either ACCA, CIMA, ACA/CA. FMCG experience is advantageous. You must have the ability to influence and collaborate with others across global finance teams and other functions. Strong analytical, planning, and system skills are essential.
