We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading global insurance company on a contract basis, starting ASAP until July 2025. The role is based in London with hybrid working and is inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of financial outputs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Advanced Excel experience with strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
  2. Proven FP&A experience within the insurance industry.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  4. Ability to take ownership of processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply good business judgement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or Master's in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
