FP&A Manager being hired for global outsourcing business headquartered in London!

Stanton House are excited to be partnering with a global business in London to hire an FP&A Manager into their high performing team. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking to replace the current incumbent, who is has first line responsibility for checking the integrity of the reporting figures, forecast updates and budgets, is responsible for assisting delivery of the internal and external reporting for the region in an accurate, timely and informative manner that satisfies Regional management and Group standards.

How you'll make an impact
- Ownership of the Regional Annual budget and strategic plan process; liaising closely with BU finance teams on instruction/templates/questions relating to delivery of the budget and strategic plan
- Reviewing/challenging and understanding BU budgets including identifying key drivers, savings/efficiencies, risks and opportunities
- Assisting with informal forecast/quarterly updates including liaising with BU Finance, collection of data, preparation of analysis for management review
- Preparation of detailed and varied budget analysis for Regional management reviews
- Liaising with Contract Finance teams around monthly reporting requirements and preparation of required templates/packs
- Consolidate Flash reports for the business documenting key variances against budget/forecast.
- Preparation of monthly reporting packs and financial analysis for Regional management and Group Finance team.
What we're looking for
- ACA qualified with audit training, preferably in the Big4
- At least 2 years of industry experience, in either a Financial Reporting or FP&A/Analyst role
- Good attention to detail as well as ability to see the 'big picture'
- Highly conscientious and self-motivated with a flexible approach to demands of the role
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong technical ability with experience of concluding on technical accounting matters
