Join our team and help us shape the future of retail.  Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This role will be responsible for driving strategic financial initiatives, providing insights into financial performance, and supporting decision-making across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Analyse financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and strategic opportunities.
  • Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and capital expenditures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain, to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
