Looking for a skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading media agency based in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial planning and analysis background, with specific expertise in the media industry. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director, this role will drive the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing strategic insights that influence key business decisions. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial performance and business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide regular performance reviews and variance analysis.
- Business Support: Partner with teams across the agency to provide financial insights that guide media buying, contract negotiations, and campaign performance.
- Media Industry Focus: Apply knowledge of the media industry (digital, broadcast, etc.) to tailor financial strategies and ensure financial plans align with market trends.
- Revenue & Profitability: Monitor and analysis of revenue, costs, and profitability, ensuring media campaigns meet financial targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. CPA or CFA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in FP&A or financial analysis, with experience in the media industry
- Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of media financial practices is preferred.
