Stanton House is working with a leading Technology Business, based in London, who are looking for a FP&A Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting into the Director of FP&A and Business Partnering this role will be an integral part to the company's direction and transformation plans.

The Role:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders; Senior Management, Head of Transformation, CFO, External regulators.
  • Design and build FP&A processes and performance reporting.
  • Lead best in class practices, ensuring a continual focus on improvements and efficiencies in financial processes, business analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A processes.
  • Partner with the Head of Transformation to drive the transformation of business performance through insights, analysis and challenging figures.
  • Build processes to better data quality, improving accuracy and transparency in the presentation of data; support the design of new monthly performance reporting, new quarterly forecasting and planning and ensuring that our data structures align to the future reporting.
  • Support the planning and potential implementation of a new ERP system, planning tools and other system interfaces.
  • Other ad hoc requirements as required.

About you:

  • Proven experience in establishing or restructuring FP&A functions in a matrix organisation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with exposure to Transformation programmes.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage and prioritise multiple competing requirements.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge and experience of working with a variety of business planning, FP&A and reporting technologies.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; and knowledge of Power BI reporting tools desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • SAP knowledge

Qualifications and Skills

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
  • 3 + years post qualified experience in a FP&A role
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
