Fractional CFO | Scaling Online Marketplace | 1-2 Days Per Week
Harmonic Finance are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading online marketplace organisations who are looking for a Fractional CFO to join for circa 1-2 days per week.
The Company
Renowned for their fantastic, dynamic, non-corporate workplace culture, our client has show 2x growth over the last 3 years and are looking to increase turnover by circa 25% this year. They have established themselves within their niche which involves events and ecommerce.
This role reports directly into the CEO and is a fantastic opportunity for a strategically focussed CFO to support an expanding organisation that have grown organically in their growth journey and expansion plans. The ideal candidate would have experience with both European & US expansion.
The Duties
- Heavy involvement with Strategic Financial Planning, contributing to long-term financial plans including potential events, funding and territorial expansion.
- Supporting with the budgeting, forecasting and commercial long term planning.
- Partner effectively with both financial and non-finance stakeholders, to get insights into profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliant statutory and financial reporting in all trading regions.
- Provide guidance around transfer pricing policies and audit.
- Ad-hoc duties to support the CEO and leadership team.
What we need to see (essential):
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven senior finance experience, ideally in a Finance Director or CFO role.
- Experience of working in an online marketplace, ticketing, ecommerce business.
Day Rate: £750-900
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: 6 months with potential to extend
