Our client is a dynamic fashion retail business based in London, seeking a highly skilled Fractional Finance Director to join their team on a part time or full time consultancy/contract basis for a finance transformation project. They are experiencing challenges with their current finance function and they need a forward-thinking professional to help steer them in the right direction. This role is all about transformation, and they need someone who can identify issues, implement effective changes, and elevate the finance function.
Role Overview:As the Fractional Finance Director, you will work closely with their leadership team to assess and optimize their finance operations. This role involves a deep dive into their existing processes, identifying pain points, and implementing improvements to streamline their financial management. You will be pivotal in guiding their internal finance team and ensuring a smooth transition to a more efficient and scalable finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough review of current finance processes, systems, and team capabilities.
