Are you an experienced Finance Manager seeking a part-time role in a prestigious family office environment? We are delighted to present this exclusive opportunity to join a thriving family office based in the heart of London's most desirable locations - Kensington and Chelsea.

This is a part-time role requiring availability for 4 days per week, offering the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive setting.

About the Role

As the French Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and administrative operations for the family office and its associated entities. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of discretion, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage both corporate and personal finances efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Finances: Oversee accounts, budgets, bank reconciliations, VAT reporting, and HMRC filings. Liaise with accountants and manage payroll using platforms like Xero.

  • Personal Finances: Manage family cash flows, reconcile international bank accounts, and oversee invoice payments. Prepare financial data for personal tax submissions.

  • Payroll & Staff Administration: Handle payroll for family staff across multiple jurisdictions (UK, France, US) and manage contracts and holiday allowances.

  • File Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records for both personal and company files.

Person Specification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Finance Manager role.

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Xero, Sage, etc.).

  • Fluency in English and French is essential.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
