Our client is the leading supplier of tax compliance, advisory and risk consulting services to the Financial Services industry. Within their Financial Services Tax team, they have a small, Partner-lead team which is focused on M&A activity.

Clients in this group range from multinational Insurers and Banks to Fintech start ups and everything in between. You will support see buy-side, sell-side and funding provision clients.

As this is a Senior Manager role, our client expects candidates already to have experience project managing M&A Tax work, but don't worry if your clients have been outside of the Financial Services sector, as they can provide the market knowledge and any specific tax technical training.
