On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Funds Launch Project Manager for a 6-month contract, based hybrid, either in London or Edinburgh.

The Role:
Working on projects to deliver and manage Private Market fund launches from end to end.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Engaging with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, investment management, and external service providers.
- Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on fund design, regulatory requirements, and launch deliverables.
- Managing product development projects and fund launches from design through to launch.
- Designing and implementing operating models tailored to the fund's structure and investment strategy.
- Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Taking a hands-on role within the project, working with fund managers and investment professionals.
- Establishing governance structures to oversee project progress, risks, and key decision points.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions (e.g., AIFMD, UCITS, SEC).
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A proven track record of successfully leading on, and delivering fund launches and product change.
- Strong project management experience of managing projects related to funds.
- Experience in AIFM, AIF, RAIF, SPV, Irish UCITS (non- exhaustive).
- Technical product knowledge - need to understand the different interfaces of a product.
- Strong influence and negotiating skills with an ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
- Agile working rather than Waterfall.
