The Role:

Based from a London office 2 days per week, in this brand-new Account Manager/ Account Executive position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of Software-as-a-Service / SaaS technology aimed at a variety of industry sectors in the DACH region.

The product portfolio straddles multiple technology disciplines including Financial Software, Legal Software, Compliance, Tax and AI, and you will be primarily targeting corporate clients up to £500m Turnover.

You will be tasked with performing a hybrid role of both business development (new business) and account management of an existing portfolio of clients. You will be working in an autonomous sales environment (not micro-managed) so we are looking for self-motivated candidates looking to make a name for themselves.

The Candidate:

Ideally, we require candidates with a demonstrable track record in the Software or SaaS arena who have worked in either a new business or account management capacity. It is also ideal if you have sold some form of "business" technology - i.e. FinTech, LegalTech, Tax, Accounting, HCM, Compliance, etc.

You must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle as this company is a global market leader and their clients expect a high-quality level of service and support.

It is of course essential that you have fluent, business-level German Language skills.

The Package:

Package is ultimately negotiable for an Account Manager/ Account Executive, however initial indications are in the region of £48,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa £80k.
