We are recruiting a Grant Funding & Assurance Manager for a fantastic organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within Grants.

This is a permanent role, full time, hybrid working.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough financial due diligence for successful applications.
  • Monitor payment schedule setup on grant management system flagging errors to grant managers.
  • Resolve grants finances queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Funding and Assurance (F&A) Senior Manager managing the finance systems and finance dashboards.
  • Support the F&A Month-end reconciliations and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Create and scheduling new payment schedules.
  • Support F&A senior manager with payment schedules monitoring activities.
  • Support the delivery of the monthly payment run and approval activities.

You:

  • Experience of working in a finance department and/or in a grant management environment.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel, Teams & SharePoint)
  • Experience of working to timetables and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous record keeping.
  • Strong numeric and IT skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
