Group Finance Manager - 12-month Fixed Term Contract | London (Hybrid) | £85k - £95k + benefits

We are looking for a motivated Group Finance Manager to join a growing global company. This role will help manage the financial reporting and accounting functions across the business and involve you in various exciting projects. The position is hybrid, based in London with an average of two to three days in the office.

Role Overview:You will support the finance team by overseeing the company’s global financial reporting and accounting, ensuring compliance with standards, and improving processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare group consolidated accounts (half-year and full-year) and annual reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the company.
  • Review monthly financial results and ensure they comply with accounting standards.
  • Develop better ways to report financial results and improve efficiency.
  • Keep up-to-date with new accounting standards and update company policies accordingly.
  • Lead the group audit process, ensuring it's completed on time and with minimal issues.
  • Provide clear accounting advice to the business.
  • Help identify and manage any financial risks.
  • Support and guide finance teams to build a strong, high-performing function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ACA qualified (Big 4 experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of financial control requirements in a global business.
  • Experience with IFRS-compliant financial accounts and audits.
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Multi-Currency Experience
