Group Finance Manager

Salary: £60,000/yr - £65,000/yr

An established international real estate investment management firm is seeking a Group Finance Manager to join its UK Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly within investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present monthly management reporting packs and entity cash flow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and assist in regulatory submissions.
Oversee management accounts, statutory reporting, and tax filings for UK and Jersey entities.
Maintain intra-group loan schedules and review bank reconciliations.
Support system integrations and process enhancements across finance operations.
Coordinate financial audits and ensure alignment with IFRS and UK tax regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the finance function.

Skills:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified accountant.
Strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Prior exposure to investment management or financial services is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Dynamics 365, Hyperion, or SAP Concur is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
