Group Finance Manager

Salary: £60,000/yr - £65,000/yr

An established international real estate investment management firm is seeking a Group Finance Manager to join its UK Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly within investment management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly management reporting packs and entity cash flow forecasts.

  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and assist in regulatory submissions.

  • Oversee management accounts, statutory reporting, and tax filings for UK and Jersey entities.

  • Maintain intra-group loan schedules and review bank reconciliations.

  • Support system integrations and process enhancements across finance operations.

  • Coordinate financial audits and ensure alignment with IFRS and UK tax regulations.

  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to the overall success of the finance function.

Skills:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified accountant.

  • Strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Prior exposure to investment management or financial services is highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Dynamics 365, Hyperion, or SAP Concur is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
