Group Finance Manager | Permanent | c.£75,000 + package DOE | London/Hybrid

We are looking for a skilled Group Finance Manager to join a growing company in the hospitality sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of UK accounting operations, drive financial excellence, and support business growth. As Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to enhance financial processes, manage reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead essential financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and month-end close.
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial integrity.
  • Manage external audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and internal controls.
  • Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA qualified
  • 5+ years PQE from Practice, coupled with Multi-Site industry experience
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including UK GAAP and intercompany transactions
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
