Group Finance Manager Marketing £80,000 plus bonus London west end
The Role
The Group Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO, supporting the overall financial management of the company. This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional who wants to advance their career towards a Group Financial Controller position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key financial operations and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present consolidated financial statements and management accounts.
Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks across the group.
Lead the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as required.
The Person
Qualified ACCA or ACA accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Experience working in a small to medium-sized business environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress to a Group Financial Controller role.
